How a class works

Throw on the wheel
I'll guide you step by step as you throw cups and bowls. Most people make 3–5 pieces.

Pick your favorites
At the end of class, you choose two pieces to keep and the glaze for each. Want to keep more? Extra pieces are $5 each.

I finish them
I'll trim, glaze and fire your pieces in my studio.

Take them home
They'll be ready in 2–3 weeks, and I'll email you when they are. Pick them up at my studio, or I can ship them to you for a flat $10.
Pick a day and time
Classes run every day at 12–2 PM, 3–5 PM and 6–8 PM, with up to 4 people each. Bookings close 24 hours before each class.

What to wear
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting messy, and closed-toe shoes. Tie back long hair, and short nails make throwing much easier. Everything else is provided.

Who can take a class
No experience needed. Students must be 12 or older, and anyone under 18 comes with an adult, who's welcome to watch for free or book a spot to join in.

Where to go
My studio is in the east end of Nob Hill in Albuquerque, and the address comes with your booking confirmation. Park in the lot next to the building, and please arrive 5 minutes early.

Changing your plans
Up to 24 hours before class, you can pick a new time or cancel for a full refund on Manage your booking.

Give a class as a gift
Gift cards work on classes and everything in the shop. A $75 card covers one person for one class, and it can be emailed straight to them on the day you choose.
Private classes & groups
